I started my coaching sessions with Zoe when I took on my first Headship. Her support has been invaluable. Headship can be a lonely place at times and having a professional coach has supported me in not only my decision making but also in building my confidence in knowing how to tackle challenges and overcome these successfully. Zoe is both friendly and professional and her coaching skills have enabled me to think more clearly and openly about my role and the responsibilities I hold. I couldn’t recommend Zoe highly enough.
