Successful and highly experienced in the world of education, Lyndon has over 25 years of experience in Headship and Executive Headship. For many years, Lyndon has also been a lead national facilitator and coach for the leadership NPQH and NPQEL programmes. Knowing the huge potential benefits of coaching, Lyndon established a culture of coaching in his schools, as well as supporting other schools in this area.

Lyndon predominantly coaches in education, but he also has experience of coaching those outside the education world. He is known for his high levels of empathy and understanding, his personable approach, and his ability to create an environment in which coachees feel supported, challenged and empowered.

Training and qualifications

Lyndon’s qualifications include: – ILM Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring – NPQEL
