Kim Gregory

PCC in 2004 and 3000 hours of coaching

Relishing her role as a Leadership Coach for 25 years, and focussing primarily on school leaders since 2009, Kim feels incredibly fortunate to intentionally come alongside the dedicated educational professionals whom she coaches every day.

working background

Kim’s client-focussed, trauma-informed, challenging yet curiously compassionate approach towards coaching enables educational leaders to bring alive the style, m indset and behaviours of leadership to which they’ve often aspired but haven’t always delivered: authentic, mindful, inspiring and intentionally vulnerable. She works hard to ensure that her own personal development is ongoing and is as challenging to her as her coaching is to her clients.

Coaching Niche

Kim is 100% committed to her own continuous professional and personal development and invests time, energy and money in it every day. She has trained with almost every coach development organisation: Co-Active Coaching, the AOEC, Coachville, Harthill etc. and will continue to do so for the rest of her career. Kim is qualified in many psychometrics but generally focuses on using instruments that enable the deep and broad exploration upon which the coaching can build and expand.

Training and qualifications

Kim is qualified in many psychometrics but generally focuses on using the Leadership Development Profile (LDP) and the Strengthscope Leader, as they enable the deep and broad exploration upon which the coaching can build and expand.
A tough and focused listener, Kim achieves a ‘mental reset’ in her clients which is refreshing and beneficial to the individual and the organisation for whom they work.
