It’s rare to get the opportunity to talk through thorny 3-dimensional issues in total confidence and I have found it incredibly helpful. His gentle rehearsal of the issues with thoughtful questioning and repositioning has enabled me reflect and develop strategies to get the best out of work which will last beyond the coaching phase. It’s also rare to have someone regularly ask about work-life balance, An important reminder.”
