Coaching skills throughout your school

A range of short courses to teach coaching skills for colleagues to use on a daily basis

Overview

There are many different ways that school staff can use coaching. We offer courses to help coaching be used – in the classroom, in pastoral work and in leadership activities.

All of our shorter coach training programmes have these elements in:

GROUP SIZES

For shorter courses, we don’t limit the group size. If a group has 12 or fewer participants, there are opportunities for us to provide direct feedback to everyone. For larger groups, this will be more of a self reflective type of approach.

“This is an excellent programme, and has helped me to understand how to use coaching skills when working with students. The ideas that have been shared have helped me see that there are plenty of options. The skills that I’ve learned have been extremely practical, and the practical aspects have helped so much. I feel confident in my ability to coach children now. Thanks so much.”
