Ready to book? Below are the details for all of our current programmes for new and experienced coaches
Open courses - LIVE webinars
We have taken a decision to only offer our open programmes as a webinar version. Having delivered both online and classroom programmes over the years, we see significant benefits from running webinar programmes. These include:
- Shorter sessions (half days) for more focussed learning
- Private space for your coaching practice. Breakout rooms are private, and you are also in your own home/office
- The technology minimises barriers to engagement from not being in a classroom environment
- And of course, less travel time and expense
Each year since 2020 we have trained over 100 people on our ILM programmes, mostly online. And we see no difference in the quality of the experience, or in the outcomes. People are completing the online courses and becoming just as skilled coaches as those who had their training in face to face training.
In company courses – webinars or classroom
For organisations looking for ILM coach training with us, we offer two options:
Option 1: Classroom training. We will offer this if it is as your premises or a local venue to you, if that is convenient.
We offer this if it is the most practical approach, and most of your colleagues regularly come to your premises.
Option 2: Live webinars. If your colleagues work remotely or do not work from one shared office, then online training works best. It avoids travel costs, and allows for all the advantages of online training explained above.
